Bookings & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation with BubblesLDN.

Power & Water Requirements

Customers must provide:

• A standard 13 amp plug socket

• A water supply within 10 metres of the setup area

Additional charges may apply if alternative setup arrangements are required.

Delivery & Setup

Please ensure the setup area is:

• Easily accessible

• Clear of obstructions

• Suitable for the hot tub installation

Restricted access or delays may result in additional charges.

Safety & Usage

• Hot tubs must be used responsibly

• Children must be supervised at all times

• Users with medical conditions or pregnancy should seek medical advice before use

• Excessive alcohol or drug use is strongly discouraged

• All safety instructions provided during setup must be followed

Cancellation Policy

• More than 4 weeks before booking: Full refund

• Less than 4 weeks before booking: 50% cancellation fee

• Within 2 weeks of hire: Non-refundable

Damage & Liability

Customers are responsible for returning the hot tub and accessories in the same condition provided.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Damage

• Excessive cleaning

• Missing accessories

• Misuse of equipment

BubblesLDN accepts no responsibility for injury, accidents, or property damage during the hire period.

Collection

Customers must ensure the hot tub is accessible for collection at the agreed time.

Weather Conditions

In cases of extreme weather, BubblesLDN reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings where necessary for safety reasons.

Additional Conditions

• Maximum occupancy limits must always be followed

• Pets are not permitted in the hot tub

• Commercial/public event use requires prior approval

• Customers must respect neighbours and keep noise to reasonable levels

• We recommend checking your home insurance covers hired equipment
