1. Booking and Payments

1.1 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. Power and Water Supply

2.1 You are responsible for providing a power supply (13 amp socket) and water source within 10 meters of the hot tub setup location.
2.2 If power and water supply are not within the required distance, additional charges may apply for alternative solutions or you may be required to rearrange the setup location.

3. Delivery and Setup

3.1 Delivery and setup times will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
3.2 You must ensure that the setup location is accessible and free from any obstructions. Any issues with access may result in additional charges or delays.

4. Use and Safety

4.1 Hot tubs must be used responsibly and only by individuals who are in good health.
4.2 Alcohol and drugs should be consumed in moderation.
4.3 Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.
4.4 Individuals with medical conditions such as heart problems, pregnancy, or skin infections should consult a doctor before use.
4.5 Users must follow all safety instructions provided at delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the booking will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
5.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 weeks of hire.

6. Liability

6.1 BubblesLDN is not responsible for any damage to property, injuries, or accidents caused by the hot tub during the hire period.
6.2 You agree to use the hot tub at your own risk.

7. Return and Collection

7.1 The hot tub must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, and any damage or misuse may result in additional charges.
7.2 Excessive dirt, stains, or missing/broken accessories may incur cleaning or replacement fees.
7.3 Collection will occur at the agreed time, and you are required to ensure the hot tub is accessible for removal.

8. Weather Conditions

8.1 In the event of extreme weather conditions, BubblesLDN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the booking.
8.2 You will be notified promptly if any changes are necessary.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 BubblesLDN respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except for the purpose of delivering your hire.

10. Maximum Occupancy

10.1 The hot tub must not be used by more people than its maximum capacity as specified in the product details.

11. Prohibited Use

11.1 The hot tub must not be used for commercial or public events without prior written consent from BubblesLDN.
11.2 Pets are not allowed in the hot tub.

12. Noise and Neighbour Considerations

12.1 Customers must ensure noise levels from the hot tub area do not disturb neighbours, especially during late hours.

13. Insurance

13.1 We recommend customers check their home insurance policy to ensure coverage for the hot tub hire period.
